


Building business and leadership skills one step at a time, the Diploma in School Board Administration is designed for Ontario school board professionals who wish to develop and enhance their skills and knowledge related to board business functions. The program will explore a broad range of management topics and address strategic multidisciplinary issues in order to help participants to effectively manage business opportunities and challenges in the school board environment.
The program in School Board Administration will cover a broad range of school business practices that will give you a learning edge to enhance executive management and leadership skills for success in Ontario school business. The program will provide participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to build leadership capacity within the school board environment.
Admission criteria for the program requires an undergraduate degree or an associated degree along with appropriate work experience within the school board environment. Special admission consideration will be extended to applicants who can successfully demonstrate related experience and training in lieu of postsecondary education requirements.
